Candlelight Yoga

Let's get together during these dark evenings and surround ourselves in candlelight!

We will roll out our mats in a room with quiet lighting, candles, and salt lamps and practice a slow flow yoga class together. We will be sure to end with a sweet savasana, as we replenish our energy and create space for rest during this busy season.

Yoga classes are Monday evenings at 6:30pm-7:30pm

Class will be held in my home studio in Ashbrook.

Release worries and old patterns through Guided Meditation and Journaling

Together, we'll clear away our anxieties and anything holding us back through a guided meditation and simple release ritual.  Afterward, journal prompts will help you tune into your own inner wisdom, setting the stage for a grounded and intentional winter season.

1:1 Private Yoga session (Online or In-person)

A Yoga practice can help you feel more flexible and toned as well as calm and grounded.

A private yoga session is a perfect opportunity to have your questions answered about your practice, modifications made to fit your body, and for you to learn in ways that make you more comfortable on your mat.

Whether you are just beginning, or are ready for some more advance instruction, I will meet you where you are and help you achieve the outcome you are looking for.

Some reasons you may want a private session:

  • Traditional classes are intimidating, you don't feel you fit the mold, and want to learn in a relaxed environment
  • You are brand new and not sure where to begin
  • You'd like to feel better in the poses, and would like help modifying and aligning yourself
  • You have the basics down, but want to try more advanced poses
  • You're looking for support on creating a healthy mind/body experience

The session will be online using zoom. (If you are local to Charlotte, NC and prefer in-person, indicate it by replying to your registration confirmation email.)

Yoga is best practiced on a mat to avoid slipping. If you have blocks or blankets that you like to use, have those ready as well. Make sure you haven't just had a big meal. You can wear anything that is easy to move in.

Slow Flow Yoga

Time to bring more movement and create balance for all the fun activities this season brings!

Move with ease through yoga poses in an intentional sequence that allows time for centering, warm-up, heat building, and then back down on the mat to wind down and sink into a meditative moment.

This one hour vinyasa style class invites you to tap into your own rhythm in a supportive environment.

Please bring a mat and wear clothes that allow you to move easily.

*Classes are held in my home studio in Ashbrook Clawson (zip 28209). (Please note that you must walk up one flight of stairs.) Exact location is given upon registration.

Baby Massage

Baby's First Massage®

Getting to know your new baby is an amazing experience!! By using these simple massage techniques you can help foster good communication, calm your baby's nervous system, and improve their digestion. It is a beautiful way to help them transition into this whole new world outside of the womb. (4th Trimester)

During this class, you will be empowered to read your baby's cues and offer them a massage that helps:

  • Promote better sleep
  • Alleviate gas
  • Ease digestion and elimination
  • Boost immunity
  • Improve Circulation
  • Promote Bonding

Your teacher will give you instructions, demos, and feedback on your technique during the class. We will walk through a 15 Step massage technique perfect for newborns through crawling. You will also receive a booklet to take home that will help you recall the different massage techniques.

The class will last about an hour (let's be honest, sometimes our babies become our timekeepers!!)

You will want to bring a swaddling blanket and a blanket and/or pad for your baby to lie on. If you have a favorite baby lotion or oil you prefer to use, bring that as well. Some techniques work best with a light oil to decrease friction.

The class is located in the Ashbrook Clawson neighborhood in Charlotte, NC. Exact location will be sent with registration.
