After having my third child, I discovered the magic of yoga. My practice was teaching me to center myself, find grounding, and create opening. I fell in love with this mind, body, and spirit interplay. For me, yoga was what I needed each day: playfulness, mindfulness, exercise, challenge, and stress relief.
And that is what I'd love to share with you.
