Logistics:

  • Time: Every Thursday at 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM in January (4, 11, 18, 25th)
  • Platform: Zoom (link will be provided upon registration).
  • Replays: Can't make it live? No worries! Replays will be accessible until February 15.

  • Comfortable clothing for movement.
  • Yoga mat (optional but recommended).
  • Blanket and blocks (if you have them).
