ABOUT ME


Hi I’m Jill Reyna.  I am a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with over 10 years teaching experience. With degrees in Biology and Nursing, I have utilized my knowledge of body and mind to help hundreds of people use yoga to relieve stress and feel more peaceful and grounded.

As someone who worked long hours at a stressful job, I didn’t make time for my health.  My wake up call was a back injury that took me to my knees.  Yoga was my path to healing. A true life-changer.

This is why I have created this course: to bring yoga to you so that it you can experience its benefits RIGHT NOW.  For many people, starting yoga is the hardest part. But I want you to know that it can easily fit right into your life…even right into your work day… where you are likely feeling tight and stressed.

Frequently Asked Questions

No problem! This is beginner-friendly. 

The videos will take you through each movement with demonstration and explanation.  The yoga poses are done seated or sometimes standing using the chair for support or assistance.

The stretches should feel good and if you need to take a break or skip something, it is easy to pause the video or move in a way that feels better to you. 

You’ll need your phone or computer to access the videos and audio files. 

For the yoga, you will want to make sure the chair you are using is secure to handle your shifting body weight.  Ideally, you want a chair without wheels (or locked wheels, with caution) that is on a non-slippery surface. I use a folding chair placed on my yoga mat for demonstrations.

No need to wear special exercise clothing, but it’s helpful to be in clothes that allow you to stretch your legs and arms, cross your legs, and bend forward.

For listening to the audio trainings and meditations, you may find headphones or earbuds helpful.

Once you buy it - it’s yours!  You can watch the videos and listen to the recordings as many times as you like.

In fact, I encourage you to repeat anything that you particularly enjoyed. More yoga and meditation means more calm, happy people walking around :)
